Hikari Fields by SAMBAROOM at SUSHISAMBA

Ingredients

45ml Pandan Infused Roku Gin

15ml Elote Corn Liquor

30ml Peach Soju

10ml Monin Paragorn Senja Pepper

10ml Verjus

3ml (dash) Salin

Method

(To make the Pandan Infused Gin, it’s simply roughly chopping 30g of fresh Pandan leaf, combining this with 700ml of Roku Gin, letting it sous vide for 2 hours, then cool, strain & bottle. If sous vide is tricky, you can also let the Pandan sit in the gin overnight).

Mix all together, shake & strain

Serve with ice
