45ml Pandan Infused Roku Gin 15ml Elote Corn Liquor 30ml Peach Soju 10ml Monin Paragorn Senja Pepper 10ml Verjus 3ml (dash) Salin |
Method
(To make the Pandan Infused Gin, it’s simply roughly chopping 30g of fresh Pandan leaf, combining this with 700ml of Roku Gin, letting it sous vide for 2 hours, then cool, strain & bottle. If sous vide is tricky, you can also let the Pandan sit in the gin overnight). Mix all together, shake & strain
